I think Alan Davis and Mark Farmer might be the most underrated duo in comics. They produced some amazing work together, and I think Farmer is in the top 5 inkers of all time. Look at this beautiful page from the Spider-Man movie adaptation! It’s got Spidey, the Green Goblin, and JJ Jameson in his office at the Daily Bugle (which apparently is in the Flatiron Building).
